White wheat flour 650

Wheat flour is impressively widely used, mainly because of the fact that by blending with water it develops a complex protein called gluten. Type 650 flour has more gluten than type 000 flour, which makes it perfect for bread and pizza.

Chocolate Donuts
You will need: 450 g white wheat flour, 125 ml room-temperature milk, 1 cube of yeast, 50 g sugar, 50 g butter, 1 vanilla sugar pack, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons cream, 200 g chocolate cream, 1 l frying oil, powdered sugar. Strain flour to refresh it and mix it with air; dip the yeast with a teaspoon of tender warm milk and ½ teaspoon of sugar, then let it grow in a warm environment; dissolve the sugar and vanilla sugar in warm milk; mix the flour with the sweetened milk, grown yeast, blended eggs with a pinch of salt, cream and melted butter; knead the dough and leave it covered with breathable cloth for half an hour in a warm place; knead it again, then roll it out on a sheet of baking paper; use a glass to cut perfectly round pieces of dough; put chocolate cream between two pieces of dough and stick well; leave it for 15 minutes and then cook in hot oil, medium fire; cover with powder sugar and don’t forget to share some with the closest policeman also!
