Creme brulee
You will need: 8 eggs, 1 l milk, 150 g sugar for caramel, 200 g sugar for cream, vanilla essence, lemon peel. Caramelize the sugar in a 2 liter metal bowl with care not to get a too dark color; pour it carefully on the base and the walls of a pan and let it cool down; use a blender to mix eggs with sugar for 2-3 minutes; add vanilla essence and lemon bark; pour the milk; homogenize the composition and turn it to the caramel pot; put it in the preheated oven to 180 degrees for approx. 45 minutes or until the edges start separating from the bowl; let it cool; keep in refrigerator for a few hours before it gets ready.
