Creamy rice pudding
You will need: ¾ cup rice, 1.5 cups water, 2 cups milk, 1/3 cup sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 2/3 cup golden raisins, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract. Put water and salt in a large pot and bring them to the boiling point; add the rice and put turn fire to a minimum; cover the pot and boil for 20 minutes; then add sugar and 1.5 cups of milk; mix well until you get a creamy mixture (about 15 minutes); in a separate bowl, blend the egg until it becomes foamy and gradually mix the milk; add hydrated raisins and egg mixture over the rice; mix well and let boil for 2 minutes stirring continuously; stop the fire and add butter and vanilla; pudding in small bowls and serving it either hot or cold with a drop of cinnamon on top and ready.
