You will need: 300 grams of pearl barley, ½ kg of mushrooms, 2 peppers (red and green), 1 onion, butter, fresh greenery, olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices. Let the pearl barley inflate in cold, clean water; meanwhile, clean the mushrooms, onions and peppers; fry the mushrooms and onions in hot oil until they reach caramel color; add chopped peppers; mix all ingredients and add a small amount of butter, for taste; spice it up for your taste, sprinkle greens and serve while still hot.
