Spicy rice, perfect side dish for any kind of meat stew
You will need: 300 grams of long grain rice, 250 grams of tomato paste, 1 hot pepper, 50 ml olive oil, salt, black pepper, fresh basil. Rinse rice and dry it using a paper towel; chop the peppers, then mix it with the rice and fry them in hot oil for 5 minutes; add tomato pulp, salt and pepper, along with 500 ml of warm water. Mix along and allow medium heat until all the liquid is absorbed; press several basil leaves and you have a really nice company for your meat based dish.
