You will need: corn meal, 5 slices of bacon, 3 eggs, 150 g of sweet sheep cheese and salt. Boil water in a pot with a pinch of salt and corn powder; when it starts boiling, start pouring corn flour slowly, trying to incorporate as much air as possible as you mix it into the boiling salted water; stop when the consistency fits: not too hard not too soft; turn the resulted polenta on a plate and let it cool until it feels comfortable enough to touch; roast bacon slices in a pan and fry the eggs using a bit of hot oil; split the polenta in three equal parts; spread the pieces with your hands and sprinkle cheese along with slices of crisp bacon; form them into balls and flatten them a little before placing into a oven tray covered with baking paper; add an egg on top of each piece and sprinkle a bit more cheese; put the tray into the oven for 10-15 minutes; leave for 2-3 minutes to cool down and you’re ready!
Most important: enjoy!
