Vegetables seasoned buckwheat

You will need 200 g buckwheat, olive oil, 2 onions, 1 celery root, 2 carrots, 2 red peppers, salt, pepper, 5 garlic cloves and 1 parsley bundle. Let the buckwheat soak overnight; chop the vegetables and fry them in olive oil, spiced with salt; rinse and drain the buckwheat, then add it to the pan and mix it all together; add pepper and pressed garlic; keep on low heat for 4-5 more minutes; finish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
